Delivery times may vary during public holidays or high-demand periods. 2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas. Customers must receive and confirm the delivery call. If a customer refuses the parcel at the time of delivery, the delivery charge must still be paid. Repeated fake or refused orders may result in restriction from future COD orders. Please place an order only if you are ready to receive and pay for it. 3. Return & Exchange Policy Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
